What would help your pitch most?

Pitch Readiness Review
An independent assessment of your current pitch, identifying:
- What is clear
- What is missing
- What needs attention before your next investor meeting
What you will get
- A written assessment of how clearly your pitch explains the business
- Likely investor questions to prepare for
- The three most important changes to make first
- A feedback conversation to discuss the findings and agree next steps
Please note
The review does not provide:
- Investment
- Investor introductions
- Financial due diligence
- A guarantee of funding
Before work begins, we agree the scope of work, timing and fee.
How the review works
- Your pitch deck
- Notes and supporting material
- Details of your planned raise
- What is clear
- What is missing
- What needs attention
A feedback conversation covering:
- Priorities
- Investor questions
- Next steps
Preparation for your pitch and Q&A
We work together in focused sessions using your pitch, with feedback and rehearsal tailored to the areas you need to strengthen.
You can start here if you already know what needs work.
Strengthen the areas that need attention:
| Area | How we work on it |
|---|---|
| Investment story | Clarify the central investment argument |
| Structure and explanation | Make the pitch easier to follow and complex ideas easier to understand |
| Supporting evidence | Test the evidence behind important claims |
| Investor questions | Prepare for questions about traction, economics and risk |
| Delivery and rehearsal | Rehearse the pitch and investor conversation |
Before you enquire
Do I need a finished deck?
No. A draft deck, written notes or a spoken explanation can provide enough material to identify where clarity is breaking down.
Will you redesign my slides?
A full redesign is not normally needed. We start with the wording and structure, keeping your existing branding wherever possible. Any changes to the slides are agreed as part of the work.
Will you assess whether my business is ready for investment?
I can help you identify gaps in your pitch that may leave an investor unconvinced, such as an unclear business model or claims without supporting evidence. The review does not determine whether your business is ready for investment.
